Crafted in beautiful six-ply cashmere, this women’s funnel neck sweater is made in Hawick, Scotland. Fashioned expressly for The Lanam Shop’s women’s Scottish cashmere collection, only the finest 100% cashmere yarns from Z. Hinchliffe & Sons of Yorkshire, England are used. The cashmere used is sourced from the downy undercoat of Mongolian Kashmir goats and can provide insulation in the minus 40-degree weather experience in northern Asia. Surely, our six-ply women’s cashmere knitwear delivers unsurpassed quality, value, and warmth— even if it is not -40 out. Careful attention to detail is evident throughout the 30-step knitting process. Panels of this women's funnel neck cashmere jumper are knitted on antique machines and then hand-linked. Before it is completed, the sweater is washed using soft water from the local River Teviot. Sleek and contemporary lines compliment the classic seed stitch to create our warmest women’s cashmere sweater.
