With a unique, vertical supply chain Johnstons controls every step of production—from raw fibers to finished product. With rigorous quality standards, Johnstons has perfected sweater making and produces some of the finest women's cashmere sweaters available. Cashmere from free-range Mongolian herds is dyed, blended, and spun in Scotland. The individual pieces are knitted separately and joined by hand, one stitch at a time. Once the body of the sweater has taken shape, it is washed in the soft waters of The River Teviot. Available in a selection of timeless shades, Johnstons two-ply women’s cashmere jumpers are perfect for layering but are breathable enough for year-round use.
