Hinchliffe & Sons of Yorkshire, England when spinning the yarn for this sweater. Knit on antique machines in Hawick, Scotland this two-ply Lambswool men’s jumper provides breathable warmth. Lambswool is collected from the first shearing of young lambs, most typically between 5-7 months. This raw wool from the under coat is soft and delicate but also rich with lanolin— providing the finished sweater with natural strength and enduring softness. Careful attention to detail is evident throughout the 30-step manufacturing process. Each seam is hand-linked. Before our men’s V-neck lambswool sweaters can be considered finished they are washed using the waters of The River Teviot. This men’s lambswool sweater is offered in a range of colors, making it a handsome addition to a layered look. Hand-set details include the ribbed cuffs, collar, and waist. A saddle shoulder and straight cuffs evoke traditional English styling. Handmade in Scotland.
