The Lanam Shop is pleased to present this three-ply Lambswool v-neck sweater from Royal Warrant holder Johnstons of Elgin. Known for their unique vertical approach and sustainable supply chain, Johnstons of Elgin controls every stage of production; from baby lamb to final stitch. With exacting standards and rigorous quality control measures, Johnstons has honed skills over generations, resulting in some of the finest knitwear imaginable. Their Lambswool is collected from heritage Australia flocks. Ideal for knitwear, the fine wool fibers can be woven tightly enough to maintain body heat while also allowing natural heat exchanges to occur, preventing overheating. Sheared wool is dyed, blended, and spun by master spinners in Scotland. From there, individual trim pieces are knitted separately and transferred to the main knitting frame by hand. Finally, it is washed in the soft waters of The River Teviot and final touches are added by hand. Offered in a range of timeless colors, Johnstons women's v-neck lambswool sweaters are perfect for layering and breathable enough for year-round comfort. Hand-made in Scotland from ethically sourced materials.
