Order Processing

At The Lanam Shop, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. The following outlines our order processing guidelines and fulfillment procedures.

Order Processing Schedule

Orders placed Monday through Friday are charged and processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on the next business day. Our fulfillment team operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. national holidays.

Fulfillment & Shipping Timeframes

In-stock items typically ship within two to five business days. Orders may be fulfilled from our primary shipping location in New Hampshire or partner facilities in Massachusetts and Florida.

We stipulate estimated shipping times for all products on the product page in two places: please review the information we make available prior to purchase under the "Shipping & Returns" tab and the estimated dispatch range available next to the "Add to Cart" button.

Please note that personalized items (including monogrammed, embroidered, or engraved products) may require additional time to complete. During peak periods or promotional events, additional processing time may apply.

Shipping & Returns Tabs

Each product listing includes a “Shipping & Returns” tab with helpful details such as:

  • Estimated shipping window (excludes customization time)
  • Applicable return timeframes
  • Refund or store credit eligibility
  • Whether a restocking fee applies to size-related returns

We encourage customers to review this information before purchasing.

Gift-with-Purchase Terms

When a gift-with-purchase promotion is offered, the following conditions apply:

  • Promotional gifts are awarded based on eligible orders and cannot be substituted by the customer. They are subject to availability and may be substituted by us at an equivalent value.
  • If a qualifying item is returned, the gift item must also be returned in its original, unused condition with tags attached.
  • If the promotional item is not returned, the value of the gift (based on its retail price) will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued.
  • Gift promotions are valid for domestic orders only and may ship separately from the qualifying merchandise.
