Return & Refund Policy

At The Lanam Shop, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our offerings. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Return & Refund Policy, which is detailed below:

Eligibility and Timeframes

Merchandise may be returned within the timeframes below, provided it is in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact:

  • Full-price merchandise (excluding made-to-order, special-order, or personalized items) may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items are marked with their return eligibility and available credit type under the "Shipping & Returns" tab on the product page.
  • Sale items are eligible for return within 15 days, but may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Closeout and discontinued items must be returned within 5 days of delivery and are eligible for store credit only.

By removing the hang tag(s) on garments, you void your ability to return the item (note: the reverse of the tag clearly states "Keep attached to return." Items that have been clearly used & worn, laundered, altered, or personalized are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization & Restocking Fees

To ensure smooth processing, all returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We offer an online Return & Exchange self-service portal that can be used to generate RMA numbers. You can also request an RMA by contacting us at Returns@LanamShop.com and include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Both the Return Portal and email are acceptable methods for obtaining an RMA. We do not provide RMAs over the phone.

Returns received without an approved RMA are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Closeout or discontinued merchandise returned without an RMA will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds & Store Credits

Refunds are processed within 21 business days of receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less any applicable restocking fees.

In the case of gift returns, store credit will be issued to the gift recipient, provided the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as The Lanam Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

International returns are not accepted currently. We do not refund duties, taxes, or fees incurred due to Import.

Additional Terms & Exclusions

Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized, altered, or personalized merchandise (engraving or embroidery are the most common examples)
  • Specific categories such as sleepwear, grooming & fragrance products, Vicuña & Guanaco products, Launer London, Geiger Austria (special order styles), 14K & 18K gold accessories, and made-to-order tableware & home goods (including most silverplate, sterling silver, & vermeil items, fine china, bedding, and table linens)
  • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase on the product page under the "Shipping & Returns" tab

Additionally, if a gift-with-purchase was included in your order, it must be returned alongside the qualifying item. If not received, the full retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
