Liberty Tabletop flatware offers an extension of the Manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects for 25 years from purchase. Simply return any defective article with proof of purchase to the address below. Liberty Tabletop will thereupon send you a replacement piece or a similar replacement piece in the event that your pattern has been discontinued.
Liberty Tabletop flatware is designed for normal dining use and is dishwasher safe using standard retail dishwashing detergents. This warranty does not cover damage due to inappropriate use, abuse, stains due to hard water or improper care. Free (2-6 day) ground shipping to the United States over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 under $150 to the USA, $55 to Canada (DDP), and $75 to all other locations (DAP). For International shipments only: DDP (Delivery Duties Paid; no additional taxes should be due on delivery) and DAP (Delivery at Place; additional taxes, duties, and fees may be due subject to local laws). We cannot determine in advance duties for countries we ship to on a DAP basis. DDP to Canada is for orders with a pre-tax & shipping total of $400 USD.
