With over three hundred colors to select from, our Alpaca rug collection is truly unrivaled. With six pile heights to choose from, several edge detailing choices, and three material blends, an unbridled world of opportunity awaits you. Arrange different pile heights, colors, tufting styles, and fibers within the same rug. Whatever you select will be the ultimate custom piece. Whether you wish to design a single solid color, rectangular rug or a unique masterpiece, we are here to help guide you.

We can also communicate with your interior designer and provide color samples as needed.

Rugs can be produced in:

  • Pure Alpaca
  • 60% Alpaca/40% Silk
  • 50% Alpaca/50% Merino

Pile heights include:

  • 8mm loop
  • 10mm pile
  • 10 &16mm pile combined
  • 14mm loop (brushed)
  • 16mm pile
  • 35mm pile

Rates can be provided on a per square meter basis. Discounts may be considered for large rugs, or multiple rugs being purchased simultaneously. Each piece is custom made in Peru, to order. Delivery date will be estimated at the time of design consultation.

Shipping Policy Summary:

Free (2-6 day) ground shipping to the United States over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 under $150 to the USA, $55 to Canada (DDP), and $75 to all other locations (DAP). For International shipments only: DDP (Delivery Duties Paid; no additional taxes should be due on delivery) and DAP (Delivery at Place; additional taxes, duties, and fees may be due subject to local laws). We cannot determine in advance duties for countries we ship to on a DAP basis. DDP to Canada is for orders with a pre-tax & shipping total of $400 USD.

Return/Exchange Policy Summary:

Clothing & Accessories:  salable, unused merchandise accepted within 30 days with original tags attached and packaging. Some brands and materials excluded.

Home & Tabletop: most items are considered special order and cannot be returned.

Personalized Items: personalized, custom, engraved, and embroidered items cannot be returned.

Sale Items: salable, unused merchandise accepted within 15 days with original tags attached and packaging.

Discontinued/Closeout Items: accepted for Store Credit only within five days of Delivery.
