Hollow handle is a term used to describe a standard method of flatware construction. These pieces have a sterling silver handle with an interior portion where a shafted piece is cemented secure — most knives and some large serving pieces use this construction method. Typically, the upper portion of the piece is made using 18/10 stainless steel or hardened steel if it is a knife blade.

We ONLY sell new, factory-direct flatware. We do not purchase, sell, appraise, or restore vintage pieces. We cannot buy from you or advise on the sale of a vintage set.

Free (2-6 day) ground shipping to the United States over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 under $150 to the USA, $55 to Canada (DDP), and $75 to all other locations (DAP). For International shipments only: DDP (Delivery Duties Paid; no additional taxes should be due on delivery) and DAP (Delivery at Place; additional taxes, duties, and fees may be due subject to local laws). We cannot determine in advance duties for countries we ship to on a DAP basis. DDP to Canada is for orders with a pre-tax & shipping total of $400 USD.
