Please enter in the final arrangement the engraving should appear from left to right. Monograms traditionally are [first initial, last initial, middle initial] while lettering/initial styles are [first initial, middle initial, last initial] — we will not reorganize the letters for engraving requests. Please note the examples given.

Once an order with personalization has been placed, we cannot alter or cancel it. Please review your engraving request, the instructions, and the timeline before placing your order. If you have any questions, please get in touch with Customer Service before ordering.

On request we can provide:

• Varying gold tones: we can produce most of our gold accessories in yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold. An additional charge and extended lead time may apply.
• Quality: we can produce most of our pieces in 18K gold on request in yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold. An additional charge and extended lead time may apply.

Our craftsmen take pride in their workmanship, materials, and quality of finishes. We back this product with a Lifetime Guarantee: we will gladly repair or replace any product that is defective in workmanship or finishing free of charge. In the event we are unable to repair your item, we will replace it with the same piece free of charge. In the unlikely event your style is no longer available or cannot be produced, you may select a commensurate piece presently offered (similar in look and price). The replacement will be supplied and shipped free of charge and backed by the same Lifetime Warranty. Please contact CustomerService@LanamShop.com to start a claim. We will need to verify your purchase, so we suggest you file a copy of your receipt. If it is a gift, you can request a gift receipt with purchase or retain the original packing slip. This Lifetime Guarantee Warranty has no redeemable cash value. This Lifetime Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, nor does it cover accidental damage. Alterations, modifications, third-party repairs, and other changes, alterations, or customizations not carried out by The Lanam Shop or a Party directly designated by The Lanam Shop voids this Lifetime Warranty. The physically damaged item will need to be returned to The Lanam Shop and will be retained in the event it cannot be repaired and is replaced. Please do not send packaging with your repair, as we will not return it with the item. A Lifetime is defined as an indefinite period where the Purchaser remains the Owner and the User; if an eligible item is purchased and immediately gifted, the name of the Recipient will need to be provided at the time of order to keep an accurate record on file and ensure transfer of the Lifetime Warranty to the appropriate Party.

Shipping Policy Summary:

Free (2-6 day) ground shipping to the United States over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 under $150 to the USA, $55 to Canada (DDP), and $75 to all other locations (DAP). For International shipments only: DDP (Delivery Duties Paid; no additional taxes should be due on delivery) and DAP (Delivery at Place; additional taxes, duties, and fees may be due subject to local laws). We cannot determine in advance duties for countries we ship to on a DAP basis. DDP to Canada is for orders with a pre-tax & shipping total of $400 USD.

Clothing & Accessories:  salable, unused merchandise accepted within 30 days with original tags attached and packaging. Some brands and materials excluded.

Home & Tabletop: most items are considered special order and cannot be returned.

Sale Items: salable, unused merchandise accepted within 15 days with original tags attached and packaging.

Discontinued/Closeout Items: accepted for Store Credit only within five days of Delivery.
