In the unlikely event your style is no longer available or cannot be produced, you may select a commensurate piece presently offer (similar in look and price). We will need to be able to verify your purchase, so we suggest you file a copy of your receipt. In the event it is a gift, you can request a gift receipt with purchase or retain the original packing slip. This Lifetime Guarantee Warranty has no redeemable cash value. This Lifetime Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items nor does it cover accidental damage. Alterations, modifications, third-party repairs, and other changes, alterations, or customizations not carried out by The Lanam Shop or a Party designated by The Lanam Shop voids this Lifetime Warranty. The physically damaged item will need to be returned to The Lanam Shop and will be retained in the event it cannot be repaired and is replaced. Please do not send packaging with your repair, as we will not return it with the item. A Lifetime is defined as an indefinite period of time where the purchaser remains the owner and the user; if an eligible item is purchased and immediately gifted, the name of the recipient will need to be provided at the time of order to keep an accurate record on file and ensure transfer of the Lifetime Warranty to the appropriate Party.

Shipping Policy Summary:

Free (2-6 day) ground shipping to the United States over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 under $150 to the USA, $55 to Canada (DDP), and $75 to all other locations (DAP). For International shipments only: DDP (Delivery Duties Paid; no additional taxes should be due on delivery) and DAP (Delivery at Place; additional taxes, duties, and fees may be due subject to local laws). We cannot determine in advance duties for countries we ship to on a DAP basis. DDP to Canada is for orders with a pre-tax & shipping total of $400 USD.
