This two-ply men’s Lambswool crew neck jumper is made expressly for The Lanam Shop. Crafted with yarns spun by Z. Hinchliffe & Sons of Yorkshire, only premium lambswool from southern Australia is used. Knit in Hawick, Scotland this two-ply Lambswool men’s crew neck jumper provides unsurpassed warmth and durability… while remaining soft to the touch. Lambswool is collected from the first shearing of young lambs, no more than seven months old. This raw wool is extremely fine and the undercoat is rich with lanolin, providing the finished sweater with strength and a soft hand-feel. Careful attention to detail is evident throughout the 30-step manufacturing process. The sweater is knitted on century-old antique machines and is hand-linked, hand-sewn, and are washed in soft water from The River Teviot. Our two-ply men’s lambswool crew sweater is offered in a range of colors— suitable to be worn on its own, or styled under a jacket. Our men's lambswool sweaters feature hand-set details including ribbed turn-back cuffs, ribbed collar, and ribbed waist. Carefully designed with a set-in shoulder and deepened armholes, for enhanced moveability. Handmade in Scotland.
