Hand-embroidered by skilled artisans in Germany, our collection of table linens feature impeccably crafted motifs sure to impress your guests. Heirloom-quality, each piece is truly a work of art. Crafted using either pure extra-long staple cotton or premium Belgian Linen, designs can take dozens of hours to produce. Down to the very last detail, each step is carried out by highly-trained, experienced embroiders.
Most products are available in-stock, but some will be produced to-order in Germany. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production, depending on quantity. Shipping Policy Summary:
Free (2-6 day) ground shipping to the United States over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 under $150 to the USA, $55 to Canada (DDP), and $75 to all other locations (DAP). For International shipments only: DDP (Delivery Duties Paid; no additional taxes should be due on delivery) and DAP (Delivery at Place; additional taxes, duties, and fees may be due subject to local laws). We cannot determine in advance duties for countries we ship to on a DAP basis. DDP to Canada is for orders with a pre-tax & shipping total of $400 USD.

Return/Exchange Policy Summary:
Clothing & Accessories: salable, unused merchandise accepted within 30 days with original tags attached and packaging. Some brands and materials excluded.
Home & Tabletop: most items are considered special order and cannot be returned.
Personalized Items: personalized, custom, engraved, and embroidered items cannot be returned.
Sale Items: salable, unused merchandise accepted within 15 days with original tags attached and packaging.
