At The Lanam Shop, we take great care to ensure your order is dispatched efficiently and delivered safely. Please review the following guidelines for shipping timeframes, fees, and responsibilities.
Shipping Rates & Geographic Coverage
For orders shipped within the contiguous United States totaling $150 or more (excluding tax and shipping fees), we provide complimentary ground shipping via USPS or UPS. For orders below $150, a flat-rate fee of $7.95 applies (or $9.95 for expedited shipping). Select items may be eligible for UPS Next Day Air ($65), UPS Second Day Air ($45), or UPS 3-Day ($35). Orders over $500 may require a signature for delivery, at our discretion.
International shipping is available to over 200 countries & territories on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. For eligible countries, we will collect all duties, taxes, and fees associated with importing your order at the time of checkout and they will be added as separate line items on your invoice and paid for when the order is placed. No additional fees should be due – if you are charged a fee at the time of delivery, obtain a receipt and notify us immediately so we can work to resolve it with you. DDP deliveries will be offered by DHL or UPS, depending on the destination. No international returns will be accepted.
Order Handling & Dispatch Timeline
Most in-stock items are prepared for shipment within two to five business days (Monday through Friday), unless specifically noted otherwise. Shipments are dispatched from our facilities in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida, and may be delayed in cases of personalization, embroidery, engraving, or peak demand.
We stipulate estimated shipping times for all products on the product page in two places: please review the information we make available prior to purchase under the "Shipping & Returns" tab and the estimated dispatch range available next to the "Add to Cart" button.

Important Shipping Guidelines
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within three calendar days and retain all original packaging to facilitate insurance coverage.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes must be sent via USPS only.
If UPS does not service your area, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Embroidery & Engraving Services
We offer complimentary embroidery and engraving on select products. Standard completion time is one to two weeks. Hand engraving may require additional time and will be noted at the time of order. Export shipments may experience further delay pending export documentation clearance. If you require expedited production, please notify us before placing your order.

Shipping Policy Summary:
Free (2-6 day) ground shipping to the United States over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 under $150 to the USA, $55 to Canada (DDP), and $75 to all other locations (DAP). For International shipments only: DDP (Delivery Duties Paid; no additional taxes should be due on delivery) and DAP (Delivery at Place; additional taxes, duties, and fees may be due subject to local laws). We cannot determine in advance duties for countries we ship to on a DAP basis. DDP to Canada is for orders with a pre-tax & shipping total of $400 USD.
Clothing & Accessories: salable, unused merchandise accepted within 30 days with original tags attached and packaging. Some brands and materials excluded.
Home & Tabletop: most items are considered special order and cannot be returned.
Personalized Items: personalized, custom, engraved, and embroidered items cannot be returned.
Sale Items: salable, unused merchandise accepted within 15 days with original tags attached and packaging.

Old Newbury CraftersWindsor Sterling Silver Flatware Collection
Handwrought sterling silver is a true luxury. You can instantly tell the difference between machine-pressed silver cutlery and cutlery that is made by hand, on an anvil. Expert silversmiths with generations of knowledge use time-honored methods to produce this remarkable collection of cutlery. A range of classic patterns are available. Hand-engraving of a monogram, family crest, or other symbol can be arranged. All patterns can be produced with gold plating (vermeil) upon request.

Approximate size specifications are available, upon request. Engraving is available—please contact us to discuss potential options. Engraving is done entirely by hand and may take days to weeks, depending on the complexity of the request. We are happy to arrange for a piece (or a full set) to be part of a wedding registry. These pieces are made-to-order and will take 10-15 weeks to complete.
