Crafted by hand in Hawick, Scotland using Z. Hinchliffe & Sons yarn, our men’s Lambswool crew neck sweaters are knit in a warm and durable two-ply weight. Offering unsurpassed warmth and value, only premium Lambswool material from southern Australia is used. Collected from the first shearing of young lambs, (usually between the ages of 5-7 months) the raw wool comes from the lanolin-rich inner most undercoat and is extremely fine. Careful attention to detail is evident throughout the 30-step crafting process. Panels are knitted on antique knitting machines, hand-linked, feature hand-sewn finishings, and are washed with local water from the pure River Teviot. Our two-ply men’s lambswool jumper is offered in a range of colors, perfect for layering under a jacket— or smart enough to be worn on its own. This men’s crew neck lambswool sweater features hand-set cuffs, collar, and waist. A saddle shoulder and straight cuffs evoke traditional English country style. Handmade in Scotland.
