ORDER PROCESSING

PROCESSING OF ONLINE ORDERS

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday with the exception of US national holidays and national holidays observed on a different calendar day. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next business day. All orders placed online during the business week will have payment captured and processed that day. Orders placed online on the weekend will have payment captured that day and processed the next business day. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday through Saturday.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING TO LOCATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES ON ORDER OVER $150

The Lanam Shop only ships to addresses in the United States and offers free ground shipping to these locations over $150. Our primary carriers are the United States Postal Service and UPS.

VISUAL REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS

We strive to accurately display the color and features of our products, however the displayed product color may vary with the monitor or device you use. If you have any questions about the color or other product features, please email or call us prior to your order. 

EMBROIDERY AND ENGRAVING

We are proud to offer a range of free embroidery and engraving options on many of our products. We generally advise one to two weeks for embroidery and one to two weeks for engraving. Please note: hand-engraving will take longer and a time estimate will be provided at the time of purchase. Items that will be exported may be delayed as export documentation will be filed only after the piece has been finished. If the item is a rush, please contact us with a deadline prior to purchase and we will notify you if we believe we might not be able to make it.

SALE AND PROMOTION PRICING

Sale prices only apply to designated items and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases. Applicable taxes will be added to the sale price at checkout as required by law.

Item Recently Purchased is Now on Sale

Occasionally an item just purchased may subsequently be offered at a lower price as the result of a sale or quantity promotion. Should this occur within seven calendar days of the original purchase, a customer must initiate a request for a refund of the difference in the sale or promotion price and the price paid assuming that the original purchase met all the terms and conditions of the sale or promotion. These price adjustments will only be made on the full retail price and may not be combined with other discounts or offers. We will refund the original form of payment within 14 days of our documentation of the purchase and subsequent sale or promotion pricing. 

For Goods Purchased in conjunction with a Sales Promotion

From time to time we may offer Sales Promotions on Our Goods. We may discontinue Promotions at any time and without notice.

Tiered or Quantity Discount Purchases

Should one or more items with Promotion pricing be returned and a refund requested within our 30-day deadline for cancelling an Order, we will:

  • Review the Promotion pricing of the total Order and determine if the Promotion pricing, terms and conditions still apply to the remaining items in the Order net of the returned item(s.)
  • If the Promotion pricing, terms and conditions still apply to the remaining items in the Order net of the returned item(s), we will reimburse You for the promotional price of the returned item(s) no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
  • If the Promotion pricing does not still apply to the remaining items in the Order net of the returned item(s), we will adjust the price of all remaining items in the Order to non-promotion pricing and refund the price You paid for the returned item less the difference between the promotion and non-promotion pricing for the remaining Order. We will issue the reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Gift-with-Purchase

Summary: We may occasionally offer a “Gift-with-Purchase” (herein, “Gift”) Promotion. “Gift” items are purchased by Us at the time of the Promotion and You, as a participant in the Promotion, may not request a substitute item of the same or different value. It is important that You determine if you are keeping the item purchased prior to using the “Gift.” If you return the item purchased for a refund, We expect that you will also return the “Gift” in unused, salable condition with (any) tags attached. If You return the item purchased but retain the “Gift”, you will be charged the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the “Gift” as specified on Our website and marketing materials at the time of the Promotion plus any applicable sales tax. Gift-with-Purchase Promotions are not valid for purchases from or shipments to international locations. "Gifts" may ship separately from the purchased item(s).

General “Gift-with-Purchase” Terms: The ARV of the “Gift” item is based on information available to Us at the time of the Promotion. Should You, as the participant in the Promotion, find a higher stated value of the “Gift” from another retailer, You will not receive the difference between, our ARV at the time of the Promotion and the stated value at the other retailer. “Gift” items are subject to availability and We reserve the right to substitute a “Gift” of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. “Gift” items are nonrefundable, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The "Gift" is not for resale and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If You, as the participant are unable to, or elect not to, use any part of the item, You will forfeit that part of the “Gift-with-Purchase” item.
