SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Feb. 1st, 2024

 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING TO THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OVER $150

The Lanam Shop provides customers with free ground shipping on purchased items shipped to their designated locations within the United States for orders with a final value of $150 or greater (excluding sales tax). Our primary carriers are the United States Postal Service and UPS. We ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of national holidays from Atkinson, NH 03811. 

 

SHIPPING PRICES: Free Ground Shipping to the Contiguous United States Over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 for Orders Under $150, $55 to Canada (DDP), $75 to All Other Locations (DAP).

HANDLING TIMELINE: Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

Important Shipping Notes:

  • If an item arrives damaged you must notify The Lanam Shop within THREE calendar day. You must keep all packaging associated with the shipment. Failure to do so may result in an insurance claim being denied.
  • All items sent to a PO Box must go via USPS.
  • If UPS does not deliver to your area, please let Customer Service know.
  • Items sent to you directly from Europe may travel via DHL or FedEx.
  • During busy shipping times (especially during the holiday season) curriers may engage in "last mile delivery". This is beyond the control of The Lanam Shop.
  • We cannot calculate the cost of duties, fees, taxes, port fees, landing fees etc. for goods being sent internationally (except for orders sent to Canada vis USPS/Canada Post). These fees are solely the responsibility of the receiver. You can contact local Customs Authorities for more information. We cannot provide country-specific HS codes. International orders (excluding Canada) are send DAP (Delivery At Place).
  • DDP to Canada is for orders under $400 USD prior to tax and shipping charges being added.
  • Items imported into the United States (50 US States) and Canada are billed Delivery Duties Paid (DDP - Delivery Duties Paid).

EMBROIDERY AND ENGRAVING:

We are proud to offer a range of free embroidery and engraving options on many of our products. We generally advise one to two weeks for embroidery and one to two weeks for engraving. Please note: hand-engraving will take longer and a time estimate will be provided at the time of purchase. Items that will be exported may be delayed as export documentation will be filed only after the piece has been finished. If the item is a rush, please contact us with a deadline prior to purchase and we will notify you if we believe we might not be able to make it.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

Final sale, discontinued, and sale merchandise will be fulfilled after full-priced merchandise and may result in a shipping delay. If the item is needed in a rush, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can prioritize accordingly.
