Filled with Polish white goose down and encased in a pure cotton sateen casing, the SFERRA Somerset collection of luxury duvets and bed pillows will maintain their dreamy loft, night after night.
Unlike feathers, down is the light, fluffy clusters found on the underside of a goose, duck, or any waterfowl. These clusters are soft, fine strands that stem from a central point, but have no quill. Down clusters interlock and trap air, acting as an insulator to keep you warm. Down also has the magnificent ability to “breathe”, allowing air to flow around the down and through the fabric.

All of our down products are certified by The Responsible Down Standard® (RDS). Humane care from birth, no live plucking, no force feeding, and fully traceable.
Filling: Polish white goose down 700+ Fill power. Shell: 380TC 100% German-woven cotton sateen. Piped edging. Corner loops. Corner silks.
Machine wash cold water on gentle cycle. Do not use a washing machine with an agitator. Do not use bleach (bleaching may weaken fabric and cause yellowing). Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat using tennis balls in the dryer to help un-clump the down clusters.

Free (2-6 day) ground shipping to the United States over $150. Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 under $150 to the USA, $55 to Canada (DDP), and $75 to all other locations (DAP). For International shipments only: DDP (Delivery Duties Paid; no additional taxes should be due on delivery) and DAP (Delivery at Place; additional taxes, duties, and fees may be due subject to local laws). We cannot determine in advance duties for countries we ship to on a DAP basis. DDP to Canada is for orders with a pre tax & shipping total of $400 USD.
